2. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through our website catalog and completed via Telegram. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate game account information as required for your order.
• Complete payment through one of our accepted payment methods (PayNow, Wise) before processing begins.
• Send a payment screenshot for verification after completing payment.
• Refrain from logging into your game account during processing, unless otherwise instructed.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless another currency is selected. We accept:

• Wise — for international payments

Prices are subject to change based on in-game pricing updates and exchange rates. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Processing & Delivery

Operating hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM (SGT / GMT+8)

During operating hours, most orders are processed within 10–30 minutes. Delivery times may vary depending on the game and order volume. We will notify you of any delays.

5. Account Access & Security

For certain services, temporary account access may be required. We take your account security seriously:

• Login credentials are used solely to process your order and are not stored after completion.
• We always log out of your account after the transaction is complete.
• If a game does not require a password (e.g. in-game trading), we will not ask for one.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available if the order has not been processed yet.
• Once processing has begun, refunds are generally not possible.
