2. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through our digital platform and fulfilled based on the information provided. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Complete payment through our accepted payment methods before processing begins.

3. Payment & Fraud Prevention

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent payments. Fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or chargeback abuse will result in immediate order cancellation and permanent suspension from our services.

4. Processing & Delivery

Operating hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM Daily (SGT / GMT+8)

During operating hours, most orders are processed within 10–30 minutes. Delivery times may vary depending on the game and order volume. We will notify you of any delays.

5. Data Security

We take your privacy and data security seriously. We only process the necessary information (such as your UID or Server ID) to fulfill your digital top-up. We do not require, ask for, or store passwords or other sensitive account credentials.

6. Refund Policy
