Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Nature

Due to the nature of digital game top-ups and immediate fulfilment, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the digital goods have been delivered or processed to your game account.

2. Failed or Unfulfilled Orders

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to technical issues on our end, or if a product becomes unavailable, you will be entitled to a full refund or store credit, according to your preference. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate information at the time of purchase, including but not limited to:

  • User ID (UID)
  • Zone ID / Server ID
  • Character Name / IGN
  • Game Region

Crimsix Games is not liable for successful top-ups delivered to an incorrect account due to user error in the submitted details. We strongly recommend double-checking all identifiers before completing your order.

4. Fulfilment Estimates

While we strive for near-instant delivery, fulfilment times are estimates and may vary due to game server maintenance, high order volumes, or technical delays. A delay in fulfilment within reasonable bounds does not automatically entitle an order to a refund.

5. Refund Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a failed delivery:

  1. Contact our support team via Telegram (@crimsix6) within 24 hours of the order.
  2. Provide your Order ID and proof of payment.
  3. Our team will investigate the fulfilment status and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

6. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who exhibit patterns of policy abuse, fraudulent activity, or chargeback threats. Our goal is to be fair and reasonable with every genuine customer request.
