We collect only the minimum information necessary to process and fulfill your digital top-up orders:

  • Order details — product selected and quantity.
  • Fulfilment information — User ID (UID), Server ID, or temporary login details as required by the specific game.
  • Payment verification — transaction screenshots or reference numbers to confirm payment.
  • Contact information — email address, Telegram username, or WhatsApp number for order updates and support.
  • Telegram chat identifier — only if you choose to subscribe to order updates. If you tap “Get Telegram updates” on your order status page and start our updates bot, Telegram gives us an identifier for that chat so we can message you. We store it against your contact details and use it for nothing except sending you the status of your own orders. We never collect it automatically, and we never receive your phone number or contact list. You can remove it at any time by sending /stop to the bot.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

  • Process and deliver your order.
  • Verify payment completion.
  • Communicate with you regarding your order status.
  • Provide customer support.

4. Data Storage & Security

We prioritize the security of your data:

  • No Payment Storage — Crimsix Games does not store credit card or bank details. All payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers.
  • Data Retention — Order records are kept for a limited period for accounting, support, and dispute resolution purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

  • Telegram — for order communication and customer support, and (only if you opt in) for automated order-status updates sent by our updates bot. Messages we send you through Telegram are delivered by Telegram and subject to their privacy policy.
  • PayNow — for processing Singapore-based payments.
  • Wise — for processing international payments.
  • Cloudflare — for website hosting and security.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties except as required to process your order or as required by law.

How we protect game account details. Some products can only be topped up by signing in to your account. Where that is the case:

  • Your details are encrypted before being saved, and are used only to complete your order.
  • Your password is never displayed back to you on our order-status page, and is never included in order confirmations.
  • Access is restricted and logged, and any internal copy created while your order is being completed is automatically deleted shortly afterwards.

Orders that only require a User ID (UID) or player ID never involve your password.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We may use local storage in your browser to save your cart and currency preferences for your convenience. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request information about what data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
  • Unsubscribe from Telegram order updates at any time by sending /stop to our updates bot. Your order status page keeps working exactly as before.
