❓ What is a UID top-up?
A UID top-up allows us to send game credits directly to your account using only your User ID and Server ID. This is the fastest and most secure way to top up, as it requires no login access to your account.
🔒 Do I need to provide my password?
No. We process all top-ups using only your User ID (UID) and Server ID. We never ask for or require your password or login credentials.
⚡ How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 10–20 minutes during our operating hours (9 AM – 1 AM Daily). If you place an order outside of these hours, it will be prioritized first thing the next morning.
⚠️ What happens if I enter the wrong UID?
Digital products are delivered instantly based on the information provided. If an incorrect UID is submitted and the top-up is successfully processed to that ID, we unfortunately cannot recover the credits or offer a refund. Please double-check your details before checkout!
📦 Can I track my order?
Yes! Once you place an order, you will receive an Order ID. You can use the "Track Order" link in our menu or footer to see the real-time status of your fulfilment.
