❓ What types of top-ups do you support?
We support both UID-based top-ups and login-assisted top-up services. UID top-ups are processed instantly using only your in-game User ID and Server ID. For titles that require login-assisted top-ups, we securely log into your account via official regional payment channels to complete the purchase, ensuring the same fast delivery and competitive rates.
🔒 Do I need to provide my password?
Only for specific, login-assisted top-ups. For UID-based top-ups, we only need your game's User ID and Server ID. For login-assisted services, temporary account login details are required. Any credentials you submit are strictly processed once and are never permanently stored, ensuring your account's privacy and security.
⚡ How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 10–20 minutes during our operating hours (9 AM – 12 AM Daily). If you place an order outside of these hours, it will be prioritized first thing the next morning.
💳 What payment methods do you support?
We currently support PayNow, PayLah, ShopeePay, and WeChat Pay for Singapore customers, as well as DuitNow and Touch 'n Go for Malaysia customers.
